The project consists of the design and construction of a new 250 bed housing project with amenities, FFE, site development, landscaping and parking on the Texas State Technical College Waco Campus per the issued RFP. The Planned Design Build budget to achieve affordable rental rates is $17,250,000 which includes all Project cost such as but not limited to design, construction and Furniture Fixtures and Equipment per the RFP.
