Construction Cost : $23.4M | SF : 70,000 RSA prepared a Campus Master Plan for the proposed new City Hall, Seniors Center, Police Facility, Municipal Court, Public Works, Recreational Park, Athletic Complex and Convention Center/Hotel. Various locations on the campus for the new City Hall were examined by RSA. Pro’s and Con’s for each scheme as well as relative costs and scheduling impacts were analyzed and documented. A final Master Plan and Report were prepared and presented to the Council for approval and preparation of a Bond Referendum.
