Benbrook Municipal Complex

The City of Benbrook is looking to the future with the addition of this new municipal complex and creating a destination downtown. This win fits perfectly into Dallas’ strategic growth plan for our public sector projects. The Benbrook Municipal Complex is the design and construction of a new two-story, 35,000 SF Municipal Complex to house the Police Station, Municipal Court, City Hall Offices, and a Visitor’s Center. Planned outdoor amenities include a large green space for picnics/relaxation, a water fountain/splash feature for public enjoyment, and a band shell for festivals and events on the grounds.
